The deal, in plain words.

Halo Works is a small creative studio operated from Ankara, Türkiye. We make advertising creative — video and static — using AI tools. These terms cover this website and the free work we do for you. If you later buy a paid plan, we will put a separate agreement in front of you before any money moves.

1 · Who you are dealing with

Halo Works is operated by an independent creative studio based in Ankara, Türkiye. There is no company behind it yet; it is run by the people whose names you will see in the emails. When that changes, this page changes with it. You can reach a person at hello@haloworks.app.

2 · The first ten

• You send one product photo and a few details through the form on this site.
• We make up to ten creatives — video and static — and email them to you.
• It costs nothing. There is no card, no invoice, no contract and nothing to cancel.
• We aim to deliver within three working days. That is an aim, not a promise, and nothing bad happens to either of us if we miss it.
• We may stop offering the free ten at any time, or decline a request without giving a reason.

3 · What you own

The creatives we make from your product are yours. You can run them as ads, put them on your site, change them, or throw them away. We do not charge a licence fee and we do not keep a claim on them.

We will not show your brand, your product or your creatives in our portfolio, on this site, or anywhere else without your written permission. If we would like to show something, we will ask you first, and no is a complete answer.

4 · What you are telling us when you send a photo

• The product is yours, or you are allowed to act for the brand that owns it.
• You have the right to give us the photo — it is not someone else's photograph used without permission.
• If a person appears in the photo, they agreed to it being used this way.

If that turns out not to be true, the problem is yours, not ours.

5 · What we will not make

We will decline work involving illegal products, weapons, adult content, gambling, anything aimed at children, and any medical or health claim that a regulator would expect a company to prove. We also will not build creative around a brand you do not own or represent.

6 · Everything here is AI-generated

The scenes, models, and motion in what we deliver are generated by AI tools. Your actual product stays your actual product — we do not redraw it — but everything around it is synthetic.

Several markets now require ads with AI-generated people or scenes to say so. Türkiye has required it since 1 August 2026, and platforms like Meta apply their own "AI info" labels. When you publish an ad, meeting those rules in your market is your responsibility. We will flag it in the brief; we cannot do it for you, because we are not the advertiser.

7 · No promise about results

We read what is already running in your category and build from what has survived longest. That is a method, not a guarantee. We do not promise sales, clicks, return on ad spend, or that any particular creative will perform. Anyone who promises you that is guessing.

8 · The site itself

This site is offered as it is. Things may break, sections may change, and the product we describe as "coming soon" may arrive later than we hope, in a different shape, or not at all. Nothing on this page is a commitment to ship a specific feature on a specific date.

9 · Limits

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or indirect damages arising from this site or from free work. For the free ten, where we have taken no money from you, our total liability is zero. This does not limit anything that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud.

10 · Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, you keep those rights.

11 · Changes

We will update this page as the work changes, and the date at the top will move with it. If something material changes for someone who already sent us a photo, we will email them rather than quietly editing the page.
